Our Self Service Portal is available to all guests who booked a stay at the HVD Grand Hotel Suhl. Take advantage of the benefits we are offering you with this additional service.
You will need the booking number of your travel confirmation to log in (without #). If you have booked our hotel through a tour operator or via an internet portal, please use the booking number you received from our partners.
You can´t find the correct number? Do you have any issues with the log-in? Just call us under 0049 3681 452 150, we will be happy to give you a new access number.
You can also easily register with your room number if you are already at the hotel.
