Here we have compiled an overview of our hygiene measures. There are currently no legally required measures for hotels and restaurants. If the situation changes during your stay, we wil inform you through notices in the hotel.

Please note that we may have to adjust measures at short notice and without prior notice.

Your arrival

At the moment there are no access restrictions for hotels or restaurants in place in Thuringia. 

Online check-in and check-out

Use our online check-in in our Self Service Portal before arrival. Fill out the legally required registration forms at home and shorten the check-in on the day of arrival. At the same time, you will avoid prolonged contact with our receptionists.

On the day of departure, our online check-out is available (only possible with card payment).

Masks

By wearing a medical mask, everyone can protect themselves and others from contracting the coronavirus. We recommend that you wear a mask in the public areas of our house.

Hand disinfection

We have provided dispensers of hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. If one of these donors is empty, please let the reception know, we will refill it as soon as possible.

Your room

Your room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. If you do not want daily cleaning, you can unsubscribe at any time at our reception.

Restaurant

In our buffet area you can not keep your distance from other guests. Therefore, we recommend that you wear a mask while you help yourself to the food. Please disinfect your hands each time before using yourself.

In the case of a higher hotel occupancy, we reserve the right to introduce a shift system with fixed meal times for breakfast and dinner in order to avoid longer waiting times. Our reception team will let you know your meal time upon arrival.

For all guests who do not want to eat in the restaurant, we offer room service.

Distance

We ask you to pay attention to a reasonable distance to other guests.

Lift

We recommend that you do not share the elevator with other guests. Please give priority to guests who urgently need it, such as the elderly or families with small children.

Wellness area and fitness room

Our wellness area (fitness room, pool, sauna) is open. Our massages and treatments can be carried out, they can be booked at the reception. Here you can find more information about our offers: Wellness & SPA.

Cancellation

We want to give you a high degree of flexibility, which is why we have relaxed our cancellation policy until further notice. All guests who book directly with us (via our website, by phone or in writing) can cancel free of charge or rebook to another date until the day before arrival, provided that the booking includes a maximum of 5 rooms. This rule overrides all other cancellation policies for individual bookings with a maximum of 5 rooms.

All of the above measures comply with the current legal requirements of the state government of Thuringia, which are not subject to our influence. Should there be changes to the legal requirements, we will change this information as soon as possible and implement any new requirements directly in the hotel. This may also affect services (e.g. laundry service) as well as room facilities (e.g. coffee machine). On request, we will send you a link leading to the current regulations of the state of Thuringia, unfortunately, they are only available in German language.
