Rooms & Apartments
The HVD Grand Hotel Suhl has 98 modern, tastefully decorated guest rooms with mountain or city views.
All 89 double rooms and 9 apartments are generously sized and equipped with high-quality designer furniture, carpeted floors, desk, luggage rack, safe (incl.), tea/coffee maker, extension telephone, flat screen TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), radio alarm clock, rental bathrobes and slippers. Each one has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
In order to meet all the wishes of our guests, we offer different room types:
standard rooms
approx. 28 sqm, with two comfortable single beds and a fold-out armchair (width 0,56 m) or sofa (width 1,10 m)
Private bathroom with toilet, walk-in-shower with hand shower, make-up mirror and hairdryer
Occupancy min. 1 adult, max. 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults (additional cot possible)
superior double rooms
approx. 30 sqm, with two comfortable single beds and a fold-out wide sofa bed (width 1,60 m)
Private bathroom with toilet, walk-in-shower with hand shower, make-up mirror and hairdryer
Occupancy min. 2 adults, max. 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults (additional cot possible)
economy rooms
18 – 20 sqm, with two comfortable single beds or a double bed
Private bathroom with toilet, shower with hand shower, make-up mirror and hairdryer
Occupancy min. 1 adult, max. 2 adults (additional cot not possible)
apartments
approx. 40 sqm, a living/sleeping room with a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed, a separate bedroom with two comfortable single beds
Private bathroom with toilet, shower with hand shower, make-up mirror and hairdryer
Occupancy min. 2 adults and 1 child, max. 4 adults, (5 persons only on request, additional cot possible)
The size of our single beds is 0,90 x 2,00 m, the double beds have a size of 1,80 x 2,15 m.
A bottle of water, coffee capsules and tea bags are included upon arrival.
Baby cots – on request, free of charge (not possible in the economy room).
All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in the hotel, assistance animals on request.
